Humanizing AI & BigTech
The approach
Microsoft is leading the #bigtech charge on AI releases. On social, Microsoft’s audience consists of the developers and product creators who want key information made accessible and to fit on social platforms. The strategy also needed to humanize the benefits of AI to a (at times) skeptical audience and clearly define how the technology could be adopted to better the lives of professional and consumer users.
